Fees

• 75-90-minute intake sessions $145

• 53-60-minute individual sessions $130

Insurance accepted:

• Commercial-only plans under UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH, Optum, United Medical Resources (UMR)

• I am out of network for all other insurance plans. I can assist you with finding out if you have out of network benefits under your insurance plan.
